Story
In a quiet winery in Sicily, a guy named Robert McCall defeats a bad guy named Lorenzo Vitale and his friends. He wants to get back some money stolen in a cyber-robbery. But Vitale’s grandson shoots Robert in the back. Robert thinks about ending his life but realizes he has no bullets left in his gun. So, he takes a ferry to the mainland.
While driving along the Amalfi Coast, Robert passes out from shock. Luckily, a local cop named Gio Bonucci finds him and takes him to a small town called Altamonte. There, a doctor named Enzo Arisio helps treat Robert. He gets to know the people in the town and starts liking them.
Robert secretly tells a CIA officer named Emma Collins about the winery’s illegal activities. The CIA comes and finds a lot of money and drugs there. Meanwhile, a gang called the Camorra is causing trouble in Altamonte. They want to take over the town for their own gain.
The Camorra hurts and kills the townspeople to scare them away. Robert hears about this and decides to stop them. He overhears their plans and tries to convince them to leave, but they refuse. So, he ends up killing the leader, Marco Quaranta, and his gang.
The police investigate, and the Camorra threatens the head cop. They even attack Bonucci and his family. To save them, Robert reveals himself to the Camorra. They back off but plan to attack the town the next day.
That night, Robert sneaks into the Camorra leader’s house and kills his guards. He makes the leader take a lethal dose of his own drugs. Through Emma Collins, Robert returns the stolen money to an old couple’s pension fund.
Back in the U.S., Collins gets a promotion for her role in stopping the drug trade. She receives a package from Robert, which includes a book of contacts and a note. The note reveals that Collins is the daughter of Robert’s friend Susan Plummer. With the bad guys gone, Robert celebrates with the locals after their football team wins.
